Centre for analyses

Actilait’s centre for analyses brings you the assurance of an appropriate analytical expertise of cheese and dairy products. This centre is divided into two clear professions:

 

  • For dairies and cheese dairies: : ustomized analyses carried out under the trade name Larf (5 laboratories in France).

  • For analysis laboratories: The sale of secondary reference materials and proficiency tests carried out under the trade name Cecalait.

Services are proposed to reinforce the analytical quality of laboratories with the regular organisation of proficiency tests (interlaboratory tests on microbiological and physico-chemical criteria) and the sale of reference materials.
